90°S · About

Deliberately small, and built to stay that way.

ANTARCTIX is a web development studio for companies and growing businesses, founded and led by Ratthakan Suwanphakdee. Every project starts with how the business actually makes money rather than with a moodboard. Senior people do the work, a heavily automated build pipeline does the volume, and nothing is handed over until every check on the published standard has passed and a person has decided it is any good.

That shape is a choice, not a stage we are trying to grow out of. It is why a project starts in days rather than after a discovery phase, why the person who answers your email is the person writing the code, and why nobody sits in the middle translating what you meant into what got built.

It is also an honest limit, and we would rather you read it here than discover it in month four. This is not a firm that can staff a twenty-person rebuild across four countries. Work is scoped as bounded projects with published prices because that is what this operating model delivers well — and when a job genuinely needs an agency of forty, we will say so rather than take the first phase of it.

Where to look next

What we build

Company websites, migrations, and the automation underneath them — with the prices published. See the engagements.

What we have shipped

Every one live at an address you can open right now, several of them in more than one language. See the work.

How the work happens

Four things we won’t compromise on.

01

The business first, the website second

Which service actually earns, what people say just before they don't buy, and what happens in the hour after an enquiry lands. Those three answers decide the navigation, the order of the argument and what goes above the fold — before anything is designed. A site built without them is a nice-looking guess, and it is most of what this industry ships.

02

The person who scopes it is the person who builds it

No account managers, no handover to a delivery partner, and nobody in the middle translating what you meant into what got built. It is also why the discovery phase is one conversation rather than two months: the person asking the questions is the one who has to act on the answers.

03

You own everything, from day one

Repository, hosting, domain, analytics and billing, all in your accounts and your name from day one — not transferred at the end if things go well. Conventional Next.js and TypeScript your next developer can read. If you want to take it in-house tomorrow, nothing about how we built it stops you.

04

We will tell you not to build it

Some of what gets asked for shouldn't exist: the page nobody will read, the animation that costs a second of load time, the AI answer that should be a phone number. Sometimes it is the whole rebuild — if the site you have is fine and the problem is underneath it, that is cheaper and we will say so.

How it runs

First message to live site, without the theatre.

  1. 01

    Teardown

Three specific things your current site is losing, free, and yours whether or not we speak again. If you have no site yet, this step is a conversation instead.

  2. 02

    The three questions

Twenty minutes with the person who will build it, spent on your business rather than on your website: what should actually be sold, what loses you deals, and what happens after an enquiry lands. Scope and price come out of the answers. This is the discovery phase, and it is one conversation rather than two months.

  3. 03

    Proposal

One scope, one price, the exclusions written down. Fifty percent starts the clock.

  4. 04

    Build

A staging URL from the first week and progress you can watch, rather than silence and a reveal. The first screen comes early enough that you can still react to it.

  5. 05

    Quality gate

Every blocking check on the standard page, run before you are asked to look. Then a person decides whether it is any good, because the list cannot.

  6. 06

    Hand over

Repository, accounts and documentation in your name, with the conversion events evidenced. Thirty days of fixes included, and the option of a care plan rather than the requirement of one.

Where

Based in Thailand. Working with companies anywhere.

Most clients are in Asia, Europe and the US, and the distance has never been the problem — the timezone occasionally is. Which is why the prices are published, the standard is published, and you can score your own site at 2am without waiting for a slot in anyone’s calendar.

When a conversation genuinely helps, we will have one. It just isn’t the toll gate before you are allowed to find out what something costs.

Want to see how we think before you commit to anything?

The assessment takes fifteen minutes, shows its result on the page, and is perfectly capable of telling you to keep the site you have.
